The Workspace
=============

After signing in, you manage everything from your **workspace**. The left sidebar groups the main
areas; the active workspace name appears at the top.

Navigation
----------

The sidebar contains the following sections:

**Overview**
   The workspace home. A high-level summary of your account and quick entry points to the rest of
   the workspace.

**Team**
   Invite colleagues, assign roles, and manage who can access the workspace. See
   :ref:`team_management`.

**Settings**
   General workspace settings, including your workspace display name and preferences.

**Tool Theme**
   Visual styling applied to the learner-facing activity pages that Blocks renders inside the
   LMS, so activities match your brand.

**Integrations**
   The hub for connecting LMSs. Register and manage **LTI platforms**, **registrations**, and
   **deployments**, plus other integrations such as Zoom. See :ref:`integrations`.

**Knowledge Bases**
   Create and manage the document collections that power AI tools. See :ref:`knowledge_bases`.

**Usage report**
   Review AI usage per student and over time, including credits consumed. See
   :ref:`usage_reports`.

**Billing**
   Review and change your subscription plan, see plan limits, and buy one-time credit packs. See
   :ref:`billing`.

Switching context
-----------------

Your account can belong to more than one workspace. The workspace chip at the top of the sidebar
shows which workspace you are currently working in; all platforms, knowledge bases, and team
members you see belong to that workspace.

.. note::

   Everything you create is scoped to the active workspace. If you do not see a platform or
   knowledge base you expect, confirm you are in the right workspace.
