Billing & Credits
Blocks subscriptions are managed from Billing in the workspace sidebar. Your plan sets the limits for your workspace and includes a monthly allowance of AI credits; you can also buy one-time credit packs. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
The billing marketplace
The Billing area shows the available subscription plans:
By default it shows annual billing, displaying the annual price divided by 12 as the monthly-equivalent headline price.
You can switch to monthly billing before starting checkout.
Each plan lists its configured limits: LTI platforms, LTI registrations, LTI deployments, knowledge bases, knowledge base sources, and team members.
Only workspace owners and admins can review plans and make billing changes.
Choosing or changing a plan
Open Billing and review the available plans and their limits.
Select a billing period (annual or monthly).
Start checkout to subscribe or change plan through Stripe.
Note
Downgrades are blocked when your current usage exceeds a limit of the target plan. For example, if you have more knowledge bases than a lower plan allows, you must reduce usage first. (Operational support staff can bypass this when assisting you.)
Plan limits and create actions
Your active plan limits are enforced as you work. Creating an LTI platform, registration, or deployment, a knowledge base or knowledge base source, or sending a team invitation is blocked when it would exceed your plan’s limit. If you hit a limit, upgrade your plan or remove unused items.
How credits work
Credits meter AI usage across tools (AI Tutor, AI Expert Chat, AI grading, AI generation, AI submission scoring, and knowledge base processing).
Your subscription includes a monthly plan credit allowance that refreshes each billing cycle.
AI usage consumes your monthly plan credits first, then any purchased credit-pack credits.
Credit packs
When you need more than your monthly allowance, buy a one-time credit pack:
Credit packs can be purchased only while your subscription is active.
Purchased credit-pack credits remain unavailable while a subscription is inactive, and become usable again once it is active.
Subscription status
Your subscription state is kept in sync with Stripe automatically:
Successful payments keep your subscription active and refresh your monthly credit bucket.
A failed payment marks the subscription past due.
A cancelled subscription is marked canceled.
To monitor how credits are being consumed, see Usage Reports.
