Team Management and Account Settings

Branding by Aulasneo supports multi-user collaboration through a role-based team management system. Each account has a tenant (organization workspace), and multiple users can be members of the same tenant with different levels of access.

User Roles 

Four roles are available for tenant members:

Role	Permissions
Owner	Full access to all tenant resources, settings, billing, and team management. There must be at least one owner in every tenant. An owner cannot remove themselves if they are the only owner.
Admin	Can create, edit, and delete all branding resources (themes, logo sets, font sets, builds). Can manage team members and invitations, but cannot access billing.
Editor	Can create and edit branding resources, but cannot delete them or manage team members.
Viewer	Read-only access to all tenant resources. Cannot create, edit, or delete anything.

Inviting Team Members 

Navigate to Settings in the main navigation.
Scroll to the Team section.
Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
Select the appropriate role from the drop-down.
Click Send Invitation.

An invitation email is sent to the specified address. The invitation remains pending until the recipient accepts it by clicking the link in the email.

If the invited person does not yet have a Branding by Aulasneo account, they will be guided through the registration process as part of the invitation acceptance flow.

Resending and Revoking Invitations 

Pending invitations are listed in the Team section of the settings page.

To resend an invitation (e.g., if the original email was lost), click Resend.
To cancel a pending invitation, click Revoke. The invitation link in the original email will no longer be valid after revocation.

Removing Team Members 

To remove a member from the tenant, click Remove next to their name in the team list. Removing a member revokes their access immediately. Their created resources (themes, builds, etc.) remain in the tenant and are not deleted.

Note

You cannot remove a member who is the sole owner of the tenant. Assign the owner role to another member before removing the current owner.

Multi-Tenant Access 

A single user account can be a member of multiple tenants. If you belong to more than one tenant, a tenant switcher is available in the navigation. Select the desired tenant to switch the active workspace.

All branding resources (themes, logo sets, font sets, builds) are scoped to a specific tenant and are not shared between tenants.

Account Settings 

Personal account settings are managed from the profile menu:

Email address: Your login email address. Used for authentication, invitation emails, and billing communications.
Password: Change your password from the account settings page.
Email verification: New accounts require email verification before access is granted. Check your inbox for the verification link after registration.

Tenant Settings 

Tenant-level settings, accessible from Settings in the main navigation, include:

Tenant name

The display name for your organization workspace.

Subscription and billing

View your current subscription plan, billing interval, renewal date, and plan limits. Upgrade or change your plan from this page. Access the Stripe billing portal for payment method management and invoice history.

Usage quotas

The settings page displays your current usage against the plan limits for:

CSS themes
Theme variants per theme
Custom Paragon properties per theme or variant
Logo sets
Font sets
Team members

Limits shown as “Unlimited” indicate no restriction for your current plan.

Subscription Plans 

Branding by Aulasneo is offered on subscription plans with varying feature limits. To view available plans and pricing, navigate to Settings > Billing > View Plans.

Plan limits govern:

Maximum number of CSS themes per tenant.
Maximum number of theme variants per theme.
Maximum number of custom Paragon properties per theme or variant.
Maximum number of logo sets per tenant.
Maximum number of font sets per tenant.
Maximum number of team members per tenant.
Maximum number of builds per tenant.
Whether the asset package download feature is enabled.

If you reach a plan limit, you will be prompted to upgrade your plan before the restricted action can be performed.
